ScholaxyDemonstration school

User Agreement

Effective 1 October 2026 · Version 1 · Applies only to demo.scholaxy.com

These terms govern access to the Scholaxy demonstration school at demo.scholaxy.com. They apply to people trying its learner and school-management features.

The demo is for evaluation and testing. Sample courses, orders and certificates demonstrate the product; they do not establish a paid course purchase, professional qualification or accredited education.

1. Your agreement

This agreement is between you and SVESHEDUTECH L.L.C-FZ, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating this demo under the Scholaxy brand (the “operator”). Meydan Free Zone business licence no. 2314401.01; formation no. 2314401. Contact: support@scholaxy.com.

By registering and accepting these terms, you agree to use the demonstration as described here. You must be an adult able to enter into this agreement. Access granted for your organisation must be within your authority. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

2. What demo access includes

Subject to the access assigned to your account, you may explore example courses, learning activities, communication features and automated processes to evaluate the software. Access can vary by role and by the features being tested.

Demo access does not create a paid subscription or authorise charges. Any purchase of a commercial Scholaxy subscription requires a separate order and applicable commercial terms. Do not enter real payment card details into a test workflow.

3. Your account

Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not impersonate other people, share privileged accounts or try to access accounts, courses or data for which you do not have permission.

4. Use test content responsibly

Use fictional learning content and test profiles. Do not upload confidential business material, client records, medical information, children's information or personal data belonging to someone who has not agreed to participate in your test.

You remain responsible for the material you submit and must have the rights needed to use it. You retain your rights in that material. You permit the operator and its service providers to store, display and process it only as needed to provide, administer and secure the demo.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages or deceptive communications. Test email and automation only with recipients you control or who have agreed to receive those tests.
  • Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, malicious code, or content intended to harm or harass others.
  • Do not bypass access controls, probe other users' data, overload the service, or perform security testing without the operator's specific authorisation.
  • Do not use the demo to operate a live school or store the only copy of important information.

6. Educational examples

Example lessons and quizzes are included to demonstrate product behaviour. They are not professional medical, psychological, legal or other specialist advice. A demo certificate or completion marker is not a professional credential. Do not make consequential decisions about a real person using sample assessments or test automation.

7. Availability, resets and ending access

The demonstration may change, experience interruptions or be reset during development and testing. It carries no production service-level commitment. Keep your own copies of any test material you need.

The operator may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, a security issue, legal requirements or the end of a demonstration. You may stop using the demo at any time and request account closure through support. Retention and deletion of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

The demo is provided for evaluation, with the limitations explained above. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply. No paid-service warranty or liability cap is created by these demo terms.

For a concern about your access or a dispute, contact support with enough detail for us to investigate. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the law and courts applicable under mandatory rules; these demo terms do not impose an arbitration agreement.

9. Messages and privacy choices

We may send necessary account and service messages, such as access links and password recovery messages. News and promotional emails require the separate optional choice shown during registration. Accepting this agreement is not, by itself, an opt-in to marketing.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be made available with their effective date, and additional notice or renewed acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively authorise a charge.
